This was one of my 2AM doodles the other night which I actually thought would be...well...nice with some colour. With that in mind - PLEASE not crits on the silly things...like how Midori looks smaller than Zuri (she's not really) and stuff like that...come on...it's just for kicks! For those of you who are new to my goddess from the 'Solo Flame' manga, let me give you a tour: From left to right: There's Rai (Goddess of Lightning) jumping down from the trees. Underneath her is Johari (Goddess of Stone) who is less-than-impressed with Midori (Goddess of Earth) making pretty things grow from the ground and generally showing off. Beside her is Zuri (Goddess of fire) who shares a close bond with her older sister, Magji (Goddess of Water). Behind her is Glace (Goddess of Ice) being her usual, protective self and worrying about Rosa (Goddess of Wood) playing up in the tree. Under the tree is Kowahi (Goddess of Wind) who's...as usual...being her flirty little self. Up on the tree beside Rosa is a lil' bird who'll be showing up in issue #2 of Solo Flame (thought it'd be cute to put him in there!) The thing about my goddess' is...each of them has such a bold colour-of-their-own, that together they make for a pretty picture! With that in mind, I didn't want to colour any of the background, lest it detract from the nice effect the girls give.
